A project task planner helps you break a project into individual tasks, estimate how long each task will take, and organize the tasks into a simple schedule.
Can I plan tasks using working days?
Yes. Select Working days (Mon–Fri) to exclude Saturdays and Sundays when calculating task dates.
Can I add multiple tasks?
Yes. Add as many tasks as needed. Each task is automatically placed after the previous task in the project schedule.
Can I print my project plan?
Yes. Use the Print Plan button to print or save your project task schedule as a PDF from your browser.
